Derek Lambert was born in London on May 02, 1935.  Jean, Jackie, Lynn and Emily lost a much loved husband, father and grandfather on 4 January 2016. We were devastated to learn in November 2015 that he had an advanced tumour located within the Brain Stem which was inoperable and untreatable.  We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to care for and love him during his final weeks and we have very, very special memories of this time, which will stay with us forever.
We are also grateful that Brain Tumour Research exists to fight this awful disease.  As a result, we asked family and friends to make donations rather than send flowers and were amazed that in excess of 700 pounds was raised.  Thank you.
Derek is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family.
